[Development] Qt 5 beta

great  !!!

Windows Binary : there is no qml import in debug ... so no way to launch a
qml application in debug.
Webkit is available but on release only (no debug)

I see that qt will be provide with angle by default (directx backend) : is
it already the case for the binary beta ?
