<br></div>Ubuntu Touch and Sailfish (Jolla) will also use Qt natively, so I'd imagine that using a phone running either of those two will also be straightforward to work with. <br><br></div>Hardware wise, you usually get everything you need when you buy the phone; the device and a USB cable. As far as I know, all companies except for Apple provide their SDK without a fee. I use a Nexus 4 for my Android testing and a Playbook for BlackBerry (though its recently been EOLd, so you'd want to go with a BB10 device if you decide to buy another BB) and both are pretty problem free in terms of deploying apps/testing etc.<br>
