[Marketing] Qt Resource Area at Ubuntu Developer Summit?

I have an idea for the Ubuntu Developer Summit (UDS):
What if there was a designated "Qt Resource Area" (a table or sofa or lounge area) were UDS attendees interested in Qt could 1) meet others interested in Qt, 2) ask Qt questions and (hopefully) get answers, or 3) at least meet Qt-comunity people and start Qt-related discussions? It wouldn't necessarily have to be manned all the time during the conference, we could post specific hours when there'd be someone there -- or have it (somewhat) informal.
(For example: at the SCALE conference in L.A. earlier this year all the Qt-related exhibitors had "Qt Used Here. Ask How" signs to prompt conversation.)
The idea is to create a physical space at the UDS where Qt interest and knowledge is more concentrated, a little less diffuse. It would help raise the overall knowledge level of Qt in the Ubuntu community. It would certainly raise the prominence of Qt at the UDS.
Or let me know if this idea is flawed and how it can be improved.
