[Qt-creator] Broken Qt Versions and Kits after removing some Qt Versions

The maintenance tool should deregister Qt versions it removes with Qt
Creator. If it did not, then that is a bug in the installer.

To get rid of these, you will need to edit the qtversions.xml file found
beneath the share folder of you Qt Creator installation.
