If you mean what I think you mean, the help rendering is completely independent from that. That is either QTextBrowser, QtWebKit, or QtWebEngine, depending on which Qt version / build it was built against.

What Qt Creator version & build do you use?

Otherwise, you can open “Activity Monitor”, find the running Qt Creator process there, and while it renders a page for several seconds, choose “Sample Process” from the cogwheel menu. Maybe the output of that points to something enlightening. (Feel free to open a bug report and attach the output there.)
