[QtonPi] Does a code guarantee a Pi from initial 10k?

Hi All,

My question is to do with how the 400 codes fit into the 10,000 Model
B's number initially quoted to be manufactured by the RPi guys.

Does a code effectively reserve and guarantee a RPi in their store?

Or is this just a code to get one for free and the 400 developers will
be lumped in with everyone else in the initial rush for orders?
