Sorry for all this confusion. We are basically at the same point: the 
Raspberry Pi Foundation needs to start offering devices through a sales 
channel. If specific instructions are required for QtonPi participants 
they will be published here. In the meantime keep watching and save your 
voucher in a safe place.  :)
