[Android-development] Creator 2.7 and Android

Hi,

for those using Creator from gerrit 2.7 (or master). Take note that I just 
submitted: https://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,46824

This moves some settings from the Android settings page to the Kit and cleans 
up the autodetection code for toolchains. (And thus should more reliable list 
all available toolchains.) The debugger and gdbserver settings are now part of 
the Kit. As such you might need to adjust your Kit to correctly set those. 
Both the debugger and gdbserver setting have a "Auto-Detect" option.
