No, this requires Qt Creator 2.7.2. If you use the latest Qt 5.1 RC 
(which contains the correct version of Creator), the default deployment 
option is to put the Qt libraries in the .apk file. If you have changed 
the deployment options, then make sure you change it back to the 
default, i.e. select "Use Qt libraries from device" and also check the 
"Use local Qt libraries" option.

We know the UI here isn't completely clear, and it will be improved in 
Qt Creator 2.8. Until then, here's a pretty detailed overview of the
