[Android-development] Ministro 9.x

Hello everyone,

I've found and fixed two problems in Ministro 9.1:
 - concurrent use of Ministro by multiple applications 
- external sources URL handling. 

The new Ministro package can be downloaded from: 
http://files.kde.org/necessitas/installer/release/Ministro%20II%20v9.2.apk

I also upload to KDE a snapshot of today Qt5 libs (stable branch), to make the testing of Ministro easier.
