[Android-development] Forcing native menubar to show

Hi,

  There is no Android only repository, we share the same source code with all the other platforms. This initial patch was for only for Android, guarded by a #ifdef Q_OS_ANDROID ...... #endif but some people didn't like it and we've came up with those two patches...
