[Android-development] Widget schemes in 5.2.2 vs 5.3

Hi,

I'm using bundled Qt libs with a widget based application, basic buttons 
and labels.

In 5.2.2 the colors I set for the scheme in UI designer (in Qt Creator) 
were respected.
In 5.3 I get some battleship gray on the device (Nexus 7 2013 KitKat).

How can I prevent the overriding of my carefully selected colors?
