There is not option for it.

Note that the build requirement does not imply that you can only run it on API18+ only. It works on lower API versions too. Qt's minimal version is still API version 10+.

Seems that Android 4.3 (api-level 18) is now required for building, at
least bluetooth LE requires it.

Is there a configure option to build without bluetooth LE?

./configure --help | grep -i blue

comes back empty...
