[Android-development] Support for android-clang in prebuilt Qt version

Hello,

this an interesting topic, I am curious of why gcc 4.9 is still better than
clang? Because clang is targetting ARM cpu since years, and now considered
as the compiler to be used by default by Apple and Google.
