[Android-development] SDK tools update (25.3.1)

HI,

Android Sdk tools update 25.3.1 is available on the stable channel.
This update will break the Android builds with Qt because of the missing ‘android’ tool and Gradle wrappers.
Qt creator 4.3 and Qt 5.9 shall address the issues. Until then, you might want to keep the Sdk tools version to 25.2.5.
