[Automotive] QmlLive: What is the official naming?

The whole suite is called QmlLive for live coding QML user interfaces.
It contains a bench (aka workbench, aka QmlLive Bench) which acts as the central user interface. The runtime is what you use classically on an embedded system to connect with a remote bench. In this sense a runtime is a headless process to be controlled by a bench.

qmllive, qml live are not correct.

Qt QmlLive is also correct as QmlLive is now part of Qt (Automotive Suite)
