I haven't made a formal job description, but in summary - Engineers that love working on QtC

DogFood (internal name) is our very early stage IDE project based off QtC.  At the highest level it has 2 goals
1) Fanatical C++ support
2) Strong support for multicore/GPGPU and HPC
