[Development] state of Qt's Australia office

I to hope that Jolla is successful, but the real steward of Qt on mobile
devices is now RIM.  They are committed to Qt being a first class citizen
in their ecosystem.  Despite all the doom and gloom around RIM I think they
have a good shot.  Sure RIM has had a few delays but rather then fold their
hand when they hit a problem they double down.  Go RIM !!!

Check out Rim's  BB10 SDK (Beta release available).  Their Cascade UI
(built on QT) is truly awesome.
