Please file a bug report with Harmattan. In the interim you could try using
the official Khronos GLES2/gl.h header from
http://www.khronos.org/registry/gles/
I've seen a couple of older GLES2 implementations that also missed this
typedef:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/efikamx/+bug/733022
and old QNX installations.
Both have been fixed.
We cannot really fix this within Qt as each implementation is free to define
GLchar to whatever they like within the confines of the spec. Usually it's
just a typedef to char but that is not necessarily always the case.
