[Development] Why qt5 repository is separate from qt4

Because of the split in the modules. The qt5 repository is just a wrapper, 
that brings things together.

The modules are split into smaller and more manageable pieces. The closest 
thing to a direct descendant from the qt4 repository is qt5's qtbase, but even 
that lost over half of its contents.
