[Development] Qt 5 RC Testing

Hi,
It seems there is no progress on
https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTWEBKIT-383. I think it's very
important, at least for me, we Chinese will read Chinese web page everyday,
but it fails on Windows platform.
