Thank you for the info. I kinda try to avoid to go to Qt 5 git since Qt5 is
so extremely different (in technical terms) compared to Qt4 .. I can't just
do a test compile for that, i have to set it up, get my test project
working, re-confirm the issue is still there..

It's really easier if an existing Qt5 dev could take this one liner and
push it. When Qt5 is out and mainstream things like this will be far
easier. And by that time i will go through the official channels to submit
a patch, however this time i have to leave it to anyone on the list willing
to pick it up.
