[Development] Change of QDoc command from \qmlclass to \qmltype

Just to be clear: "the doc team" is undefined, everybody in the community
is welcome to help. (and if you are developing your own set of components
you will have to change the commands anyway if you are using QDoc.
If you are interested to learn how QDoc works this would be the time to
step up.
Notifying the maintainers is obviously not really necessary, since this
mailing list serves part of that purpose.
