[Development] QtSerialPort need to check the documentation.

A complete Qt 5 qt.index file can be found at
http://doc.qt.nokia.com/5.0-snapshot/qt.index

It's an XML file, so your browser will open is as such, but it is 15M, so
use something like CURL/wget
