[Development] When to remove old platform plugins?

At the moment some of the platform plugins simply are broken or missing 
some stuff in for example the eglconvenience or fb_base.
So for the alpha release we should either have them fixed or 
removed...running configure and seeing errors for parts that are not 
tested and known to be broken is not very nice.

Having a very slim path for single process QWidget applications, which 
might find a usecase in the industrial areas would be nice.
But we have to be very clear then, otherwise people will try get 
scenegraph on that.
