[Development] When to remove old platform plugins?

What is currently there doesn't work at all with Qt5, and it even was not updated with any changes that were made in the Qt 4.8 version (as few as they were).
And the corresponding mkspecs have been removed as well.

So the best choice for anyone reviving the uikit plugin for Qt5 is to take the 4.8 version as a reference for the new implementation anyhow.
Please remove the uikit platform plugin from Qt5, not to give anyone false impressions.
