[Development] Jom.exe error 3 in Qt Beta2 on Windows XP

I could solve it by changing the command from jom.exe to nmake

Is that the right solution?

Does anybody can help me?

I had faced this problem with Qt 4.8. Mysteriously restarting my machine helped me.
