[Development] Frameworks on Mac?

I think we should keep the frameworks and we can add plugins into the framework bundle.
(eg. qjpeg, qtiff, qaccessibility into the QtGui.framework and character and general plugins into QtCore.framework)
It will simplify probably the deploy process.
