Qt 3.3.8b was a license change, when Qt was relicensed to include the GPLv3.
After that, we had the Nokia re-copyrighting, which hit the Qt 3.3.9 and Qt
4.4.3 releases, which are identical to their previous ones. Qt 4.4.2 existed
for just a few days before 4.4.3 was released with the new copyrights.
And after we had done that, we realised that we needed to re-release all
previous versions again to commercial customers, so we added 4.3.6, 4.2.4,
4.1.3, and then the "n" releases of the other patch releases (4.1.1n), etc.
