[Development] QProcess broken with MSVC2010 + Windows SDK 7.1

I am working to test this change:

It's works with Qt4, and also works fine with Qt5 on Linux.
But it not work with Qt5 in Windows 7 SP1.

The reason is QProcess broken on Windows with MSVC2010SP1 + Windows SDK 7.1
The attachment (demo) say all.

After execute "cmake --help-commands", it exit with code 1
and "cmake --help-command-list" read nothing!

Both these works well with Qt4, and with Qt5 on Linux.
