[Development] Fwd: Proposing Thomas Hartmann as my successor

Hi,

since I am no longer working full time on Qt Creator, I am hereby 
stepping back from my position as the maintainer of the Qt Creator 
Welcome Mode (http://qt-project.org/wiki/Maintainers) to ensure it 
doesn't get blocked by me not being able to respond in a timely manner 
or to maintain it.

I propose that Thomas should be my successor, since he has practically 
filled that role for more than half a year by now.
