[Development] Some more cleanups in qt5.git

Hi,

I'd like to remove a few more things from qt5.git. 

* Qt PIM

The module is most likely not going to be maintained anymore going forward, and lacks any usable backend right now.

* Qt Service Framework and Qt Publish & Subscribe (both part of the qtsystems repository)

Both frameworks where to a large degree targeted at Nokia specific use cases (in e.g. Symbian and MeeGo), and I would prefer not having them in the default built until we have validated use cases for them in our current platforms.

All modules will of course stay on codereview and anybody's free to continue to use them for their own purposes, but I'd like to not ship them with Qt 5.0 for now.
