While we are at it: Would it maybe be possible as well for any Jira user 
to add labels? Currently this is apparently only possible for approvers; 
the thing is we are using the "BlackBerry10" label to group issues that 
affect our platform (see 
https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTJIRA-192)...
