[Development] Qt 5 for Android developer mailing list

Hi,

I'd like to propose making a mailing list in Qt Project for the Qt 5 for 
Android port. I think it makes sense to have a separate list for this, 
since it will probably be fairly high in traffic as this project is 
ramping up, and I want to avoid having a lot of ad hoc mailing lists 
based on CC-lists.

Suggested name: android-development at qt-project.org
