Seconded. Iikka is the poor guy that get all the 'Qt/Packaging' bugs assigned by default, and the de-facto Maintainer of packaging. Parts of the packaging process is in gerrit (namely qtsdk/qtsdk.git), so he should be really  be able to stage things :)
