there is no fixed date for two reasons:
a) so you start with it *now*, not shortly before the deadline
b) i don't know what would be reasonable. i think the number of reviews
i'm watching is sufficient for a representative survey, so i'll just
watch the traffic and "strongly suggest" a specific deadline when things
start to calm down.
