The main rule of thumb is that if a repo has dev/stable/release branches, then 
its master branch is obsolete and can be removed. If you can remove those 
noisy parts, I can probably spot other cases which are not covered by the 
rule-of-thumb.

I tried that, but it does not really filter out noise. The same rows are 
present in the result, but with grey text instead of links.
