[Development] Advice for Wacom Tablet support

Hi, I'm new here.

I heard about Qt 5 has incomplete support, espcially in Windows, for
wacom tablet. And that is important to me.

I've written a simple support helper via QAbstractNativeEventFilter.

Still have bugs to fix and many incomplete functions, but may help a little?
