That change was unfortunately merged too late to be included to RC. It will be in the RC2 / 5.1.0 final.

I see that the RC1 has been tagged. The tag is the commit just before the
above change was integrated.

So, the cmake files are dead on arrival on Windows in the RC1.

Nice one guys. Why ask the question for what needs to be in if you're not
going to react to the answer?
