[Development] REMINDER: Module maintainers to check change logs for 5.1.0

Hi,

I'd like to remind all modules maintainers to check that the 
dist/changes-5.1.0 file exists in the release branch for all 
repositories of modules you maintain, and also check that the content is 
right.

Please go ahead and fix/add whatever is needed as soon as possible.
