[Development] QtDriveInfo module in Playground

That project looks too small for a full module. It looks more like a class in
QtCore.

The controller class does not belong in QtCore, though.

In Qt 4, we have System Information in Mobility. I think they are QtSystems in Qt 5 world. But not sure about the latest status. The monitor/controller for drive should be there, I guess.
