[Development] cmake for Qt

Hi,

This should go to qt-interest mail list instead of qt-development.

BTW, this error has nothing to do with CMAKE. and I couldn't understand
what you are trying to do with following code.

#ifndef Q_WS_WIN
  return ((int*)(&Q_WS_WIN))[argc];
...
