however, it depends on
https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTQAINFRA-598 to find
acceptance, and the work to upgrade to a new gerrit version and do
further improvements has started only now.

however, this does in no way affect the fact that there are still a lot
of changes pending which actually *are* dead, not deferred.
so i'd like to urge everyone again to take a honest look at their
changes, and also at the changes of drive-by contributors who were
never seen again (which, btw, i should do, too ^^).
