[Development] Qt5.1.0-beta1 release content

Hi,

ci is now working again. qt5.git integration has not passed yet though 
but hoping to get that through today.
If you have changes intended for Qt5.1.0-beta1 please commit those
today into 'stable'. We are aiming to get the beta1 content ready during 
this day.
