It was different poeple, and a different module. 
I trust Rich and Peter to be able to come to agreements. 

I am supporting their proposal.

P.S.: In the hypothetic case in which they would disagree, even if one of them 
is chosen maintainer now, the fact that he might impose its view on that 
ground would be what I consider an injustice. (Since they both are active.)
I beleive the proper way to solve conflict is to ask a third party, not 
imposing hierarchy.
