[Development] QML instantiation performance

Hi all,

I filed a bug to follow-up this topic:

Chris your hint on the Qt module initialisation was correct, I was
able to now run on both 5.1.1 and 5.3.1. The results are in line with
what's been discussed so far (the cached performance is not as bad).

Due to the severe and holistic impact of this issue for QML and its
usability in embedded use cases after 5.2+ and the likelihood of V4's
role in this, I would warmly welcome if you Lars or Simon could
comment on the topic.
