[Development] Is the online repository ready for Qt 5.4?

Hi all,

I'm trying to upgrade to Qt 5.4 and Qt Creator 3.3 using the online installer.

However, when I select "Update components" or "Package manager", the
installer gets stuck at "Preparing meta information download..."

Looking at http://download.qt-project.org/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/root/qt/qt/,
"1.0.7meta.7z" is a meager 93 B (an empty archive) while
"1.0.2meta.7z" and "1.0.4meta.7z" are both around 25 KB.

Also, 1.0.7meta.7z isn't accompanied by a *.sha1 file.

Is the online repo incomplete?
