[Development] Can anyone please recover task 260974 from the old bugtracker?

Hi,

https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/102393/ is producing a strange 
test failure -- the change should be unrelated with that test. It looks 
like a mac-specific issue, but the test code itself makes little sense 
to me. Since it explicitly mentions task 260974, could anyone please 
figure out what it was about?
