[Development] Rules for including private headers

I've settled for the <private/whatever_p.h> syntax now. See 
http://qt-project.org/wiki/Coding-Conventions . Kai convinced me that 
qt_x11_p.h is actually special because it #undef's some things other 
headers may need.
