[Development] Does Qt need a unified, cross-platform app deployment for devices and desktops?

Just FYI, this will be possible with cmake/cpack whenever I finish my branch 
for the topic.

It could be good to have both solutions share a similar approach to generating 
the bar-descriptor file etc.
